AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.
All payments are upfront in full, through PayPal, including the PayPal fee.
Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 2 weeks or will be declined.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $100 applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.
Complexity Fee is between $10-100) for all Commissions.
The waitlist is a priority interest list, not a guaranteed slot.
Being on the waitlist does not count as a confirmed commission until payment is made.
When commissions open, people on the waitlist will be contacted first, in order.
Each person contacted will have a limited response window (48 hours) to confirm interest.
If there is no response within that time, the slot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
Once a commission is confirmed, payment is required to secure the slot.
If all slots are filled through the waitlist, commissions will not open publicly.
If slots remain after contacting the waitlist, commissions may open to the public.
I reserve the right to adjust availability or close commissions at any time.
Joining the waitlist implies acceptance of these rules.
Revisions are only available during the sketch phase, please provide all feedback at this phase.
Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part.
Commissions may take up to 1 month depending on complexity, queue, health, school, or personal matters.
I will keep you updated if delays occur.
I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.
I may use the artwork to:
Promote myself and my services.
Post on social media and in my portfolio.
Exceptions:
If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.
I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
You may cancel before payment is made.
Once payment is received, refunds are not available.
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
Filing a chargeback will:
Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).
Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.
Result in a formal complaint against you.
You may not:
Commission art/services using my Design/Work.
Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
Remove signatures/watermarks.
Resell or redistribute the artwork.
Modify the artwork without my consent.
Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).
The blacklist may be shared with other artists.
By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
